TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By booking any service provided by Cleanaholics Team, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all our residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services.
1. Scope of Services
Cleanaholics Team offers professional cleaning services for homes, offices, commercial spaces, apartments, and more. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- General and deep cleaning
- Office and corporate cleaning
- Post-event or post-construction cleaning
- Laundry and complementary services
All services are tailored to the client’s specific needs and must be agreed upon in advance.
2. Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
3. Access and Space Conditions
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled date and time. If our team is unable to access the premises, a failed visit fee will be charged.
The area must meet basic safety and cleanliness conditions to allow proper service delivery.
4. Supplies and Equipment
Cleanaholics Team uses high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment. Should the client require specific products to be used, this must be communicated when booking the service.
5. Liability and Safety
- Our staff is carefully selected, trained, and supervised.
- Clients are advised to store valuable items securely. Cleanaholics Team is not responsible for the loss of unsecured or unreported valuables.
- Any damage caused by our staff will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our internal guarantee policy.
6. Payments
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest.
7. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue at no extra cost (conditions apply).
8. Modifications to Terms
Cleanaholics Team reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be published on our official channels and will apply to new service agreements.
